सीआईपीईटी परीक्षा समाप्त होने के बाद छात्रों को सेमेस्टर-वार मार्कशीट जारी कर रहा है। हमें उन छात्रों से अनुरोध प्राप्त हो रहे हैं जिन्होंने डिप्लोमा कार्यक्रम पास कर लिया है और उनके उच्च अध्ययन और रोजगार के उद्देश्य से प्रति सेमेस्टर 300/- रुपये की फीस पर ट्रांसक्रिप्ट/मार्क्स का समेकित विवरण जारी करने के लिए अनुरोध प्राप्त हो रहे हैं। छात्रों की आवश्यकता को पूरा करने के लिए, सीआईपीईटी लेटरहेड पर अंकों का प्रतिलेख/समेकित विवरण जारी किया जाता है। अन्ना विश्वविद्यालय और तकनीकी शिक्षा निदेशालय द्वारा अपनाए गए प्रारूप के अनुसार अंकों का समेकित विवरण जारी करने का प्रस्ताव है और एमआरसी के अनुमोदन के लिए एक समान प्रारूप अनुबंध II में संलग्न है। अनुमोदन पर, अंक प्रारूप का समेकित विवरण मुद्रित किया जाएगा और उन छात्रों के लिए जारी किया जाएगा जो मौजूदा शुल्क के अनुसार अनुरोध और शुल्क के आधार पर शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2023-24 से पाठ्यक्रम पूरा करेंगे।
CIPET is issuing semester-wise mark sheets to the students after the completion of the examination. We are receiving requests from the students who have passed out diploma programs for the issue of Transcript / Consolidated Statement of Marks for their higher studies and employment purpose against fees at Rs.300/- per semester. In order to meet the requirement of students, the Transcript/Consolidated Statement of Marks is issued on the CIPET Letterhead. It is proposed to issue the Consolidated Statement of Marks as per format followed by the Anna University and Directorate of Technical Education and a similar format is enclosed in Annexure II for the approval of MRC. On approval, the consolidated statement of marks format will be printed and issued for the students who will be completing the course from the Academic Year 2023- 24 onwards on a request and chargeable basis as per the existing charges.
